She called back checking on this task.  She 
would like to have this fixed so she doesn't 
have to use her little local printer.

-From her machine she's trying to print pdf file 
to radar-Humanity printer by File -> Print. Gets 
the error message. But print jobs do come out of 
her office printer. She is printing a huge 
document and so didn't want to use her own 
printer.

-Her default printer is set to her office (not 
HUmanity printer).

-She's not using print icon. Doesn't want to try 
using print icon because print options menu does 
not pop up so that she can select (since she has 
to select Humanity printer)

-Word files acting in the same way

-Has printed this specific file before with no 
problem

-Allowing UCS to enter her office/machine
