Damewared into her system and set her 2nd NIC 
interface to not display lack of connectivity, 
and added her user account to power users local 
group so she had sufficient permissions to have 
Firefox update itself.

New error message: Local area connection 7... A 
network cable is unplugged. I had her check 
cables and they seem to be plugged in properly. 
She just called to give that additional 
information. I gave her the SR# because she 
didn't have it.

When ever she opens firefox she gets the message:
"1 or more files could not be updated..."
Also, in her tool bar she continually gets the 
message: "Local area network unavailable, a cable 
is unplugged." These messages don't seem to be 
effecting anything but she would like them to go 
away.
