Hello,
My name is Malissa Larson and I am the interim 
Director of Disability Services. Earlee Kerekes 
has contacted your department several times.  She 
was given the tracking number of #23970.  Since 
last Monday- her first day working for the 
university, she has been unable to receive emails 
or access her calendar.  A crucial part of her 
position is the ability to email professors and 
other staff members in order to provide services 
effectively.  
 
If we can do anything here in the office to 
expedite this request for repair please feel free

I just checked my phone messages.  Malissa 
Larson called me about this task on friday.  She 
said that it is urgent as responding to emails 
is a large part of this persons job.

She is new and had her email set up yesterday. 
She has not been able to recieve any mail at all. 
She has had people in her try to send her mail 
but nothing happens. She will be in her office 
for the most part of today. If she is not there, 
someone will be so you can go in she said.
