Tray was replaced with a new one.  Printer checked
out to print fine.

A piece of plastic and a small wire came out of 
tray three! THe printer seems to be falling 
apart.  The printer is accepting print jobs so 
she turned the printer off.  The pieces that 
belongs to the printer are setting next to it.
