She turned her computer off last night just fine.

She clicked on the option that said for her 
to "Start windows normally" but that took her 
back to the same error page. She has tried to 
restart and unplug the machine. Nothing is 
working, it just takes her to the same page. The 
option to log in is not even showing up.
