He brought in a personal keyboard to set up in 
his office. It has 5 keys that he could set up to 
open certain programs or internet windows. When 
he set them up under IE, they showed up as 
FireFox. He took FireFox off of his computer and 
tried to reset those key on his keyboard and now 
the keys will not work.
