Arne,

I wanted to let you know that I fixed the
computer, but I had to erase everything on the
hard drive to make it work again. Was there any
software that you already had on the machine that
you need installed on it again?

After reimaging, the computer works fine. I
rebound it to the domain and it's ready to go as
long as they don't have any software that needs to
be installed.

Swapping the Power Supply made it start getting a
Windows stop code: 0xED. I'm reimaging now to see
if that helps.

Student worker called, Katie.

Using machine, not using browser, working in 
excel (or any program) and it shuts off without 
error.

After shutting off, lights appear as though it is 
in sleep mode, and no action will wake it. so 
they power off the machine. Once back on. 
Everything appears normal, no error messages. 

They resume working and it shuts down again. 
Shuts off about ever 5-14 seconds. They think it 
is a virus.

8-8516 best. Leave message.
