Went and looked at printer.  Appeared to be no
problem. Printed test sheet and everything looked
good.

Error service stall is reporting. He has pressed 
the resume button, but nothing happens. He turned 
it off and on and still gets same error.
The color printer is in the Reference area in the 
library.
