OFFICE HOURS TR 9-10

Called her and let her know that everything was
looked at, and it should be ok.  She said that she
would try it when she go back to computer and then
would call the service request desk if it didn't
work. Will close task down tomorrow if no contact
by then.

She called again and needs to get it reselved. 
She can be reached on her cell anytime and leave 
a message.

She is an adjunct, and called to say that when 
she tried to check her email she got an error 
message with a long string of symbols and said 
that the login failed and to check with an admin. 
She has been away from campus for about a year. 
She had an 8:00am class and I was unable to get 
further details.
