The student needed to be printing to AA-AALC and was printing to 
LAB-AALC. I set the AA-AALC as her default to avoid future 
confusion.

This printer is a student tech paid for printer (hence the print 
credits being taken). Shannon Lettow needs to send work materials 
to the staff printer there, not this one. We need to set her up with 
the staff printer.

The student called back but said the printer is 
not working right. She said when she prints for 
work it is taking her print credits, (which it is 
not suppposed to do). She wants to print 
to "Radar Lab AALC" but it goes directly to the 
student printer "Lab AALC" and takes her credits.

was going on...

front desk.
