Jacobi Keller	Feb 04, 2008 07:52 AM	IMAP caution icon is in the corner with an error saying "No agent character is loaded - microsoft agent cannot be used for new mail notification" It's not getting in the way and she can still access her email but the icon won't go away.	Add Attachment

Christian Mendez	Jan 18, 2008 11:32 AM	She is using the IMAP notify to let her know when she gets new mail, but it always has an X on it and never notifies her. She is available today until 2pm and she said to call her next week for availability	Add Attachment
