Went and looked at computer.  The problem occurred
when radar was having problems.  The problem
worked it self out.  When I had here log in her
profile came up fine and everything seemed to work.

She called back again saying she needs to do her 
work to do financial statements for people.

She has tried to restart a few times, and it 
cannot load her profile, she gets the error 
message cannot find profile and gets into a 
desktop that is unfamiliar to her. It has DELL 
wallpaper.

She says she needs someone to help her get her 
profile because she cannot do any work.
She will be available until 4pm today.
