I could not find a service request for the audio 
issue.

It gives a continual XP loop, asks if you want to 
load it in safe mode or normal, and then shuts 
down regardless of what is pressed.  Also it was 
having some audio issues, an email was sent about 
a week ago about the audio issues, but she is not 
sure if it was fixed.
