This laptop won't even turn on.  They are going 
to send it back to GNAC.  They have a toshiba 
from John Carey for now.  I'm closing this task 
as our part is done.

to use. But his laptop is in Joan's office.

I had him turn on the laptop and he can log on 
just fine.  He called his son to see what the 
problem was last night because they were getting 
a blus screen. This morning the laptop is working 
fine. His son told him it only happens when he 
has the external hard drive plugged in.
