He says that he has a card which enables him to 
log into TS4, but when he logs in, about 10 
minutes later, he gets booted off. When he tries 
to shut down the Thin client and insert the card 
back in to log in again. Nothing happens and the 
login screen never comes back.

He says he always has problems with the thin 
client not letting him log in for some reason or 
other.

He will be available today til 4pm.
