She explained that she downloaded a different
media player that seems to work. She said I could
close the task and that she would give us a call
if the problem returns.

She called back and asked about possible software 
solutions.

She doesn't know what software she is using to 
play the DVD's. It is NOT windows media player. 
When she tries to play it with media player, she 
gets an error that says she needs to download a 
decoder.

This is a DELL laptop.

She is available anytime
She will be leaving town tomorrow and needs it 
with her.
