Set up the printer on her mac.  Tested it out and
everything works.

She called back and said that it is still not 
working.

she says its possible she doesnt know how to 
navigate the WOU system.

I asked if she would prefer to have someone go 
over in person to help her, and she said that she 
did not care, she only wants it to work.

Called and walked her through setting up her MAC
to use the ansel.wou.edu HP Laserjet 4100.

Ansel is in Art Dept Office, 1st floor of 
Campbell Hall.

She needs to be able to print to that printer.

she is using a MAC_

She is here today until 2pm. She said it is 
perfectly okay to walk in and set it up without 
her there.
