I went and looked at the touch screen.  This is a
problem that we have come across before. The fram
of the panel was touching the screen making the
touch mechanism inoperable and causing the panel
not to respond. Will notify Nathan so that he add
spacers to it.

This was in a smart class room at best the techs
are a backup when no classroom services are
around. this should have been put to Brad, Adam,
or in best case Nathan.
