called requesting times to have us come over and
look at this my hunch is that it is a profile issue.

SHe highlightsd only what she wants changed in 
word document. Tries to change selection to Bold 
or Underline and but then changes are applied not 
to just selection, but the whole document.

She is working on a report that needs to be 
submitted this afternoon and was hoping for help 
right away. Told her I made a request and that 
should could try TRC in the meantime. But then 
she said that she had this problem before and UCS 
fixed it for her. I'm going to search for the 
prior task.
Rebooted.
