Just checking in about any progress on completing 
service request # 24182.  I can't get the printer 
in the upstairs hall of the NPE Bldg. (WOU ID# 
2000415) to show up on the print menu of my 
office computer, (WOU  ID#20020790), which is a 
Macintosh computer.  I have a number of things 
needing printing and can't get the job done.

HPE conf Printer
Has not seen this in his options since the new 
printer end of fall term.

TImes: Afternoons is best
