The Hitashi Disk Tool fixed it. Brian found that
Windows XP SP 2 has an issue with the processors
in the GX620. Flashing the BIOS will fix the
issue. The BIOS is on the T: drive at
t:\installs$\1. Drivers\Optiplex GX620 BIOS

It does not complete CHKDSK. Trying a hard drive
tester.

Infinite loop of restarting. Fixing the master
boot recor with the Windows repair console did not
work.

It gives her options to choose from but everyone 
she clicks on takes her back to the safe mode 
black screen. She will be in until 11a and you 
have her permission to go into her office after 
11a if you need to. She needs to get some 
recommendation letters out today and needs to be 
able to access her computer.
