I couldn't get the machine to crash, but it has
crashed twice at the library.  They do not trust
the machine in this state and it is not good to
use as students lose work when it crashes.  I went
ahead and swapped this machine with one we have in
storage (20040650)

She called back. The same problem is still 
persisting. She mentioned that the computer light 
indicates the computer entering sleep mode.

Unplugged it and turned it back on. This seems to
have done the trick.  I logged on and browsed the
internet and everything was OK.

Tried to do everything possible, could not 
retreive info. Tried restarting, sleep light 
blinking, out of service sign.

Afer working for an hour, student lost his work 
on library computer. Tried moving mouse went 
black. 
Will try to restart it, and call back. Want to 
know why it went black.
