She is printing a Word 2007 document directly 
from email.  I had her save them out to the 
desktop, and print "locally" and it worked.

The printer is in Maskee Hall 308 [hu-manatee]. 
She is also in the same room.

She is trying to print a .DOCX document and it 
did not respond. It did print it single sided, 
but not duplex. She has been able to print duplex 
before.

She is available all day til 4pm.
