I logged in and was able to scan a document to an
image file.

The WOU# of the computer that this scanner is
connected to is 20050099[Edit Inv].

A Student was trying to scan some photos.  We
could not get the scanner to be ready.  The PC
reported the error and sent us to the help file. 
Everything was plugged in correctly and we turned
the scanner off and back on again to no avail.  I
sent the students to the TRC for help in scanning
his photos.
