I forgot to close this task. It's finished though

I called this time and supposedly no one's using
it so I'm headed over.

I tried to install the rollers but Jennifer was
doing a mail merge so she said I should come back
in a couple of hours...

Roller kit has been ordered: 3108.

She said Skyler was just over there working on 
her printer...it is having the same issue as 
before. She told him she would call back if this 
happened. I called and Skyped but did not get any 
answer from back there.

She has a print job that needs to be done and the
printer is not working. She thinks the rollers may
need to be replaced
