Unable to access excel which is tied to Fundware. 
Click on desktop icon No initializing. Can kill 
session. diconnects session, log on t3 again and 
gets black screen.

TS 3, instead of T3...

Jim,
We received a request from you saying that you
were having trouble with TS 3. I was curious if
you could give me some more information about any
errors that you may be receiving and how you are
trying to connect to TS 3(i.e.- through Remote
Desktop, or through a different remote desktop
client). Also, is there a reason that you need TS
3 specifically, or could you use any of the other
servers?
