Went by to take a look at the computer, someone 
was on it at the moment. The lady at the info 
desk said there haven't been any issues with it 
lately and if there continue to be no issues she 
would cancle the task on her side. I am going to 
mark this task as completed until further notice.

The computer is now able to print to SOME of the 
printers, but not to the main HLREF printers that 
users print to most frequently.

Lori H. called me and asked to open the ticket 
back up.

No other problems with the machine. It just will 
not print on the network printers.
