I called her and setup a new shortcut to take 
her directly to her email by using dameware.

She called in and needed help creating desktop 
icons for her computer. I tried walking her 
through and just wasn't getting anywhere. She is 
in her office today from 2:44pm to 3:30. Thursday 
2:00 to 4:00pm.
