Damewared into his system, checked his email web 
shortcut, changed the shortcut parameters to 
point to http://www.wou.edu/newmail and it 
worked with his current credentials.

He is able to login to his computer using the 
name and password. I've had him change the 
password and he is still running into the same 
problem. He is just getting the authentication 
failed notice when trying to use sundown. He is 
in his office until 5pm today. If it needs to be 
later day please call his cell at (503)949-2017.
