This is still an issue. The print driver needs rolled back The latest 
HP version doesn't work.

A local printer with the latest driver from HP also gave the error. 
After deleting my profile to take a new default I still received the 
error.

This printer gives an error when you click "properties". Adam 
reinstalled the print driver, but we've been unsuccessful so far,

Duplexing is enabled on the printer, has he 
selected duplex (double-sided) when he sends the 
print job?

This student said that he was able to print 
double sided last term, and was adamant in 
wanting to know why he could no longer print 
double sided anymore. He was trying to print Word 
documents or pdf documents.

He is in ED 111 lab.
