full subject: information about me for prism.

She is a faculty at PSU that sent her an 
attachment of a word document that she got off of 
prism website that she then filled out and sent 
it to her.

prism is a workgroup that tr uses.

she doesn't know if its really a virus or 
not...would like to have someone check it out.

She will be gone at by quarter after 4pm.
