We could block the use of Tray 1 in the virtual 
print device on \\radar\HU-Manatee and create a 
second virtual print device called \\radar\HU-
ManateeLHD that restricts to only using Tray 1, 
and all jobs requiring printing to letterhead 
would have to be sent to that virtual print 
device.

She wants to know if there is a way to stop the 
printer from automatically taking letterhead 
paper from tray 1 when it runs out of normal 
paper in any other tray.
