His PC dvd drive is not reading any disk.

error messages: cd may be scratched or 
defective : 

but no matter what cd/dvd he puts into the drive, 
it makes a lot of noises and nothing happens.

He is in Maaske hall 322
he will be gone for the rest of the day.
