rebooted his machine and it it working I am going
to research the blue screen.

He was checking his email, stepped away for a 
couple minutes, and he has a blue windows screen 
that says : In Page Error : 

he says he cannot restart his machine.

He will be available until 9am. He should be 
around after 10am.

someone will be at the office that will let UCS 
tech in.
