I copied his old profile into th new one it was giving him, but the 
new one kept loading as the default each time anyway. I was able 
to copy his desktop items onto the new profile and that worked for 
him.

He is logged in, but his profile was not loaded, 
he has restarted a few times, and he still logs 
into another profile which is not his.

He will be available until 10pm. His class is 
over at 11am. He says he absolutely needs his 
machine fixed BEFORE Noon.
