Copied shortcuts from terminal server All Users 
profile to the all users profile on both 
computers.  Added a shortcut to Greenspan 
printer to all users profile.

Students access SIS on these machines to get 
transcripts and print. There is no greenspan 
printer on printer options menu on both 
computers. Default is APSC 101 printer. 

Also she cannot access banner INB on these 
machines.

Connected to administrative share on both 
computers, put copies of start menu shortcuts 
for Word and Excel under the All Users/Desktop 
directory.  Moved the two computers to the 
Business & Economics Organizational Unit.

The machines and the printers are in West House 
101. Dianna is right accross the hall. Printer is 
Greenspan

They want Microsoft word/excel shortcuts on the 
screen, but the most important is to have printer 
networked.

She is available until lunch, then after til 5pm.
