To two computers WOU# 20030845[Edit Inv] and WOU# 20030849[Edit Inv] 
both in APCS 210. Needs this to uninstall and 
install programs says there has been toolbars 
installed in the past and wants to remove them. 
Also mentioned that he wants to install a program 
called "cc cleaner."

on HP30845HONORS.  He needs to logoff and login 
again to gain the new permissions.
