She has a new monitor that she loves, but she has 
a glaring problem. This was a little hard to 
understand, but... she says the brightness hurts 
her eyes so she tried choosing a dark background, 
but for the apps she uses for work the dark 
background is problematic. SHe adjusted 
brightness, but she does screenshot printing in 
order to send receipts to different departments, 
and this makes her printing too dark.

I think just talking to her and seeing the 
problem in person will make it more clear.
