Had her log into the computer while she was hooked
to mash domain.  Now the computer has her profile
on it so that she log into while she is not on campus.

wouldlike someone to come over and help her with

I called her back.  I explained we wouldn't be 
able to get her into the computer if she hadn't 
created a profile on campus.  I asked if it was 
possible that Leonard had logged into it.  She 
could use his login and password and then he 
could change his password.  I transferred her to 
Leonard.

She is off campus trying to use a laptop.  She 
didn't log into it before she left campus.

and she is quite anxious to have her problem
