Using Dameware, I connected to her system and
set Outlook to work offline, then went to the
Mail applet in the Control Panel, and went into
her profile, created a new PST file, and then
went into editing her mail account settings,
changed the default delivery location to the new
PST file. Went back into outlook, deleted the
message with the 141MB video file from the
outbox. Changed the delivery location back to
its original settings.

She tried to send an email with an attachment
through Outlook, the file was too big and now it
just sits in her que slowing everything down. She
mentions that she cannot delete it and has tried
many times, it just freezes Outlook.

Did I mention the file was a video she tried to
send which is 141MB in size?

email:
subject: INT 341 text analysis step 4

She wants it deleted.

she will be in her office today after 11:30am
