Ran spybot, cleaned the system, got rid of the 
malware.

Damewared into her system, she has some kind of 
spyware/active desktop thing going on, might 
require re-imaging.

She turned on her machine and there was a Star 
Wars background which she did not select. She had 
not changed her background at all.

She tried to get rid of it by right-clicking for 
properties. She selects background but it won't  
let her browse.
