She is trying to transfer 4 hours (3GB) of TV coverage about 
Kevin Boss on Good Day Oregon (she TiVo'd it and then put that 
on her home PC). She tried sending it from her home computer 
onto the terminal server through remote desktop, but it was 
taking 3 hours and timing out. I explained that since she was 
pushing the video over the internet and it was so large that it 
was being slowed down. I recommended an external harddrive. 
She said she had one and that would work fine.

She will be in most of the day, leave a message 
otherwise.

She is trying to upload files at home and it is 
taking too long. She wants to know if she was at 
home and used remote desktop to her office 
computer if it would be faster.
