She called back and said it is all working fine 
now.

She did a hard shut down and restarted it to see 
if that helps. SHe will call me back after she 
tries to reply or compose.

When she tries to reply or compose she got error 
messages: "Java script error, sundown.wou no such 
interface supported." She then thought she should 
restart the laptop, but it would not let her do 
it. Nothing would happen, it would just sit 
there, but her mouse was not frozen.
