He had an entry in sendmailaliases but I had to
manually run newaliases to get it all to work. He
received an email and I am closing the task.

The messages are not being picked up by PureMessage. He has no 
blocked messages, no deleted messages, no blocked senders, and 
nothing checked under "Options".

He received an email from me when I sent from my WOU account, 
but not when I sent from my gmail account. I sent a similar email to 
Alex from my gmail account was he was able to receive it.

He just used his account for the first time this 
morning. He was sending his school account emails 
from his other account and they are not coming 
in. I told him his school account may think it is 
spam. So I sent him an email from our WOU account 
to see if he gets it. He will call me back.
