she wants to change the password on her laptop 
(does not have wireless) to a new password. 

She mentions that she cannot do this online and 
someone mentioned to her that she needs to bring 
in her laptop in order to change the password.

she would like a tech to meet with her and help 
her do this.

She is avialable until 1pm today. 
Tuesday: she will be around most of the day, but 
not available from 9:00am to 12:30
Wednesday: in office all day except from 1pm - 3pm
