There is a file called tnsnames.ora in the main directory of the PL-
SQL Developer file. I didn't install that in anyway (I don't know what 
it is).

I installed what was in the 7.1.3 folder for PL/SQL. I don't know 
what more there is to the program.

I am reopening task

Apparently PL/SQL Developer was installed onto 
computer #20030614[Edit Inv] in room #203 in the Cottage:  

"  This is an automated message from the UCS SRD.
Service Request #: 24445 - Needs PL/SQL Developer 
installed This email is to notify you that your 
task has been marked as Closed or Completed. "

We are receiving an "Installation Error: SQL*Net 
not poperly installed. Oracle Home Key:  Oracle 
Home Dir: " after we have entered the login, 
password, and oracle.wou.edu.

Could someone please come and fix the problem?

I installed 7.1.3 and put the W# info under the 7.1.1 license list, 
since it looked like those were upgraded to 7.1.3 too.
