It has something to do with her profile, which she didn't want 
deleted. I installed PDFCreator and showed her how to use that, 
and she was happy with that.

When she right clicks on a document she has the option to convert 
to Adobe PDF, but she gets an error regarding a corrupt file. Adobe 
offers to repair the file, but it never helps.

she could not tell me the name of the software...
she is mostly trying to convert word documents, 
but it never is able to convert them to .pdf

She is available until 4:30pm today
