Had her save the file to her desktop, using the 
File Menu in Word, browse to the file, and use 
the Open Dialog button drop-down arrow to Open & 
Repair the file, and then save it, and it works.

She keeps trying to open it up, but it says that 
the file may be corrupted.

she was working on this from home, she emailed it 
to herself and put it on a usb flash drive, but 
none will open it.

she will be in all day
