They jammed the CD-Rom by not securing the CD correctly. I was 
able to unjam it with a paperclip.

An error came up on the computer doing a disk 
check and the screen in blue. The computer is not 
doing anything just staying on the screen

Student has a disk stuck in the hard-drive
They tried everything and it is not moving. The 
student needs the disk out ASAP
