She was in ED 104 teaching a class fixed the
locked machine and she is off to the races.

I attempted to help her with the two ways that I 
know how to fix this problem; however, she was 
unable to do it.
IF someone could help her fix this minor problem 
that  would be great she is unable to do 
anywork.
